Tips for Hangover

- Eat up & Drink water, it reduces how high your peak Blood Alcohol Concentration by about third.

- Alternate alcohol and non-alcohol drinks

- Drinking water throughout the night and before you go to bed. Hangover symptoms are partly due to dehydration, so replacing that fluid loss can help!


Anyway the most important key is "drink less alcohol!". :)
